Founder of PRC Group Management Sdn. Bhd., Sam has over 13 years of experience in the SME and Commercial Loan industry. Throughout her career, she has assisted numerous small and medium-sized enterprises in successfully securing government funding and resolving various business commitment and cash flow challenges.
In addition, Sam has extensive experience in working with banks to arrange pre-IPO financing, helping companies obtain the necessary funding during their preparation for listing.
Beyond financing, Sam also supports foreign entrepreneurs looking to establish and operate businesses in Malaysia, providing end-to-end assistance from company incorporation to business commencement. She further helps Malaysian companies connect with investors, as well as facilitates business matching and merger & acquisition (M&A) discussions.
With her deep industry knowledge and hands-on approach, Sam is committed to delivering practical financial solutions and driving sustainable business growth for her clients.

Ryan Teoh, serves as the Business Director of the company, with over 8 years of experience in SME financing and business advisory. He holds a Diploma and has extensive hands-on experience in structuring financing solutions tailored to businesses at different stages of growth.
Throughout his career, Ryan has successfully handled over 100 cases, with a total approved financing amount exceeding RM100 million, spanning various industries and business models.
In addition to his advisory role, Ryan is also actively involved in sharing industry knowledge and practical insights. Ryan believes that effective financing is not just about approval, but about providing sustainable and well-structured solutions that support long-term business growth.

Throughout his career, Kent has successfully assisted numerous SMEs in securing financing solutions, with total approved financing exceeding RM50 million. His experience covers various financing requirements, including business expansion, working capital, equipment financing, and financial restructuring solutions.
